Loyd R. Daniel, Founder
After graduating from Wake Forest University and serving as an audit manager with Price Waterhouse & CO., Mr. Daniel was the founding partner of the Daniel Professional Group, Inc.-the largest local public accounting firm in Winston Salem, N.C. He served as the Managing Partner there for 30 years and was also the firm's real estate specialist. Currently, Mr. Daniel is the Managing Partner of Strand Capital Group. Over the past 8 years, he has been personally involved in the acquisition and development of over $500 million and the planning of over $1 billion of oceanfront condominiums and hotels. As a founder of International Realty Auction Network, LLC, Mr. Daniel has an eye toward the future of real estate disposition through the auction process.
J. Patrick Lowe, Founder
Mr. Lowe, a graduate of Virginia Tech, has a background in finance, accounting, technology and real estate. He has an extensive project management background as well as human resources and information systems experience. He has successfully managed condominium projects in excess of $1 billion and is a partner in property management of these resorts as well. Mr. Lowe is a licensed real estate Broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina. He is a founding partner of International Realty Auction Network, LLC.
R. Tom Dennis, Founder
Mr. Dennis, a graduate of Clemson University, entered the real estate business in 1971. He led the establishment of the Multiple Listing Service for the Kershaw County Board of Realtors and has earned multiple professional designations over his extensive career. Licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, Mr. Dennis brings over 37 years of experience to International Realty Auction Network, LLC.
Bob Smith, COO, Founder
For the past 30 years, Mr. Smith has served as President of three successful companies involved with software development and implementation. Additional experience in website and database development has given Mr. Smith the necessary skills to direct the operations of International Realty Auction Network, LLC with primary emphasis on streamlining operations and continued development of the latest technologies. Mr. Smith's understanding of technology as it relates to real estate is invaluable.
