Welcome to International Realty Auction Network, LLC. We understand that as a homeowner you may have unique circumstances that require that you know precisely when your property will be sold or perhaps you have come to the realization that you need more than local exposure to get your property sold. We know that auctions can be a real solution in these cases.
Each property that we represent at auction must be assigned to a real estate professional. The reason for this is to be sure that we are in alignment with the state laws where the property is located, that we offer open houses for the buyer/bidder to do their due diligence and that we have have a local expert who can offer valuable vendor sources (for inspections, pest control letters, tax and HOA information, contractor bids on any work whether known or unknown initially and for those all important closing details). If you have a licensed Realtor, we will make every effort to align with that Broker and we are happy to share fees with that individual and their Broker. Please identify that person when you contact us about the auction process. Otherwise, we are aligned with a national network of professionals (most particularly Sotheby’s International Realty) whose services are available to you.
