METHOD OF PAYMENT

REGISTRATION DEPOSIT

To bid, you must have first completed your registration form, and submitted your credit card information.  There is no charge to register for an online auction.  However, a credit card is required to register for bidding to ensure you are of legal age to purchase real estate and confirm identity.  See  Escrow Deposits and Disbursements for full details.

If you are the high bidder, you will be notified and you will need to immediately tender your bid deposit (5%) and sign a purchase and sales agreement.  The auction team and the local Realtor managing that property will be available to assist with details from contract to closing, which will occur in 30 days or less.  Bid deposits can be made with the credit card you used for registration.  See below other options for payment:

• Wire Transfer - please contact info@intlrealtyauction.com or call 843-280-3740 for wiring instructions
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover  are accepted.  Please call if your preference is not listed and we will make every effort to accomodate your needs.
• Note:These are the only forms of payment accepted and if you require a loan to substantiate your bid, please arrange any financing in advance of bidding.  Remember, there can be no contingencies of any kind at auctions.
